About the Hotel

We have reserved a discounted block of rooms for the nights of Tuesday, October 1, 2024, through Friday, October 4, 2024.

The last day to book rooms using the discounted rate of $149 USD is date is September 1, 2024.
If the room block is full, or if you prefer a different hotel chain, there is a couple of Hilton hotels in the same Viera Town Center area.

Why should I book at the Fairfield Inn & Suites at Melbourne Viera Town Center?
Additionally, we have personally explored the area hotels, and while there are some closer to the conference venue, they are not up to our standards and so we do not personally recommend them. We STRONGLY ENCOURAGE you to AVOID booking the Marriott that is only 5 minutes from the conference venue.

Photo Session with Carol Anne Hartman
Branding sessions will be scheduled the day before the conference begins. Schedule your branding session to spend an hour capturing images that you can use in your marketing and advertising efforts.
Quick Head Shots. Carol Anne will have a backdrop and lighting set-up at the conference. Pop over between speakers and get an updated headshot. You will be able to view all of your proofs and choose the one you want.
Want more?
If you would like more than one headshot (stop by both days and get one in two different tops or varying expressions on your face) or more than one hour for branding, simply increase the quantity!

Branding Sessions
One hour of branding shots captured in and around the conference location on Wednesday October 2nd. 15-20 fully edited high resolution digital images with unlimited commercial license use.
You will be contacted 4 weeks prior to the event to schedule your specific time. Please be sure you will be available October 2nd before purchase.
