We ship all products via U.S. Postal Service to domestic and international addresses. Our goal is to get your product in the mail within 24 business hours of receipt of your order. Mailing takes up to 5 business days, depending on your location. Military addresses (APO/FPO) can take longer.

We usually offer this same guarantee on webinars and consulting, so please check the sales page for the particular service for details.
For private consulting, we offer a very lenient cancellation. You may cancel your contract at any time if you feel that it no longer serves you. Simply let us know and we’ll cancel the contract and any future payments.
*There is a 100% refund for any workshop registration that is cancelled, in writing, within 10 business days of the event. Other cancellations will be given a transfer credit to another workshop of equal or lesser value within 12 months of the original workshop date.
