The information provided to Stripe is governed by Stripe’s Services Agreement and Privacy Policy located at https://stripe.com/legal and https://stripe.com/privacy, respectively. We are not responsible for the performance of Stripe.

Shipping Policy
We currently do not offer any products that require shipping.
 
Product Guarantee Policy
We believe fully in the quality of the products and services we offer, and we’re willing to stand behind them.

We do not offer refunds for webinars once they have ended. If you need to cancel a registration for a webinar, please do so in your online portal prior to the event start time to ensure a refund. Event cancellation requires a request for a refund within 10 business days of the event.

For private consulting, please refer to the cancellation policy in your contract.
